Leafkin Quest

Leafkin Quest  invites you to step into a magical world where the brave Leafkin creatures emerge as defenders of the forest against the threats of pollution. As a guardian, you'll embark on an adventure to explore dungeons, gather Sacred Leaves, and wield the powers of a mystical grimoire to save your home.

 Features

- Explore enchanting dungeons filled with challenges.

- Collect Sacred Leaves to unlock the grimoire's powers.

- Engage in fast-paced combat against a variety of enemies.

- Meet unique NPCs that enrich the world and offer insights.

Unimplemented Mechanics

Due to time constraints, several features had to be scaled back or removed from Leafkin Quest:

- Shop System: A shop where players could use collected coins to purchase items, potions, or upgrades was planned but not realized.

- Skill Enhancements: The idea of enhancing abilities or unlocking additional spells using Sacred Leaves was envisioned, which would have added depth to gameplay.

- More Missions: Initial designs included various side missions that would provide additional lore and context to the game world.

- Expanded Areas: Additional zones to explore were imagined, each with unique challenges and enemies, contributing to a richer experience.

- Diverse Enemies: More enemy types were intended to offer varied combat experiences and strategies, increasing engagement.

Assets

While Leafkin Quest is a product of my creativity, it incorporates several assets created by talented artists whose work enhances the game:

- Tree Tileset: A beautifully designed set of tree assets that brings the environment to life.

- Green Spell: An enchanting projectile effect that adds a magical touch to the gameplay.

- Wand: A delightful representation of the character's magical abilities.

These assets are not my own, but I am grateful to the creators for their incredible contributions. Their work has been instrumental in shaping the visual experience of Leafkin Quest.
